Principal Engineer:

We are seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the development and implementation of SRLAB´s technology solutions starting with a European Commission Research and Innovation Action (EC RIA) project – ERAMET. This role offers a unique opportunity to operationalise our founder’s innovative idea, while contributing to the development of future technologies and securing additional research funding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the technical direction and architecture for advanced technology solutions.
- Develop and implement agile, phased technology roadmaps, balancing immediate goals with long-term growth.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to translate vision into practical, scalable solutions.
- Lead system infrastructure development with a focus on rapid prototyping and iterative testing.
- Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
- Support proposal writing for additional research funding opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven expertise in software development, system architecture, and AI technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience managing complex, research-intensive projects.
